This game isn’t hard. The whole leveling process needs to be upped in difficulty, not just 70-85 like OP wants.  I wiped three times my first run into Ragefire Chasm. I wiped at least once on every dungeon that I ran, for one reason or another, and this is even with people with heirlooms sometimes. Infact, the only way this game could be more noob friendly is if mobs just killed themselves and whispered you to loot them.

You did say for other people to voice their opinions, and in general WoW players’ opinions are "Everyone else’s ideas suck mine are the best". Personally, I just keep seeing multiple people making these threads and not realizing that if you went into a dungeon with a group of five new players without heirlooms, it would be hard. This game couldn’t be any more noob friendly if it tried, everything is horribly easy, even for a "new" player. Until around 70-80 they’re going to be using auto attack and maybe 1 or 2 abilities, if that.

The game is easy now because even if you’re new you’re being carried. It’s not because of the dungeons. I mean, it’s not like they’ve gone in and changed the dungeon difficulty since at least LK (or I haven’t seen any patch notes to that effect).
