In World of Warcraft, like real life, you need money. WoW uses in-game gold as currency and to do the fun stuff ("raiding" and killing huge monsters) you’ll need a lot of gold. And getting it isn’t a whole lot more fun than working at Burger King.Apologies in advance for my wall of text, I just wanted to share my recent experience and find out what others have to say about their own.

So basically my WoW account was recently closed permanently for "Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy", it claimed I had either given real-world currency for an item or vice versa. It was one of those auto-bans due to trading a large amount of gold to someone. This had happened earlier that week and I was able to get it resolved within 24 hours however this time it took over 48 hours and two phone calls to get a response. Blizz claimed I had been banned because I was "associated to multiple accounts that participated in exploitative activities".Our 24/7 live support is the best place you can turn to whenever you have questions when buying wow gold here. Both these bans were automatically triggered which the phone representative confirmed and I know why, it was because I had bought numerous TCG mounts off a random level one advertising in trade as well as a Tabard of the Lightbringer. The first time my account closure was reversed, I was warned by Blizz that the seller could have obtained the items through illegal use of a credit card and I would not be eligible for reimbursement if they were removed off me. Call me greedy but I accepted that risk lol.

Second time around it seems Blizzard aren’t so forgiving and for whatever reason are not reversing the closure of my account. The gold I’ve lost I can live without but I have spent so much time on my account, specifically my main which I would give all the nice mounts, pets and vanity items to! I’m really not sure if I should keep trying to contact Blizz and get this closure reversed or if it’s gone for good now. It’s sucks that they will close an account for being associated with other accounts involved in exploitative activities. No doubt I knew the person I was buying the mounts and tabard off was probably also a gold seller and admittedly I even noticed he was speed hacking across the map to get to me, but the trade I did was within Blizzards rules I thought? Trading gold for an in-game item was all I did, I did not buy wow gold or pay for these items with real-world currency. What the person who I bought stuff off does with their (compromised) account is none of my business.

Has anyone else ever had a similar problem where it’s gone in their favour and you’ve had your account unlocked eventually?

Now is where my question in the title comes into play. I plan to start again by RaFing with a friend and so I already have a new account linked with his. I kept my gold and items in a guild bank in case something like this ever happened, and I normally would have another account with full access to the bank in the guild as well but as luck would have it, they weren’t in the guild at the time of my ban. So what I really want to know is if I can get GM of the guild given to someone else in there that was at a lower rank but is now the highest out of every non-banned toon?If you don’t want to be banned or if you don’t want your account to be stolen, please choose honest and reliable wow gold services. I am aware that it can be done if the current GM is inactive for 31 days or a month or something but since my account is banned, could it be done sooner? Again if someone has had this situation it would be great to know what happened! I have already got my friend who is in the guild to submit a ticket however I am not sure if it was thorough enough and the GM who responded knew that my account was permanently closed. He did say the current GM needs to be inactive for 31 days and even then it might not be able to be done.
